Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns at this time. Exchanges are offered within 10 days after product delivery or factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods. Exchanged items must be unopened from the original packaging and unworn. In order to exchange an item, please email info@3nhtvsn.com with your name, item(s), transaction ID, and desired item for exchange. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your email. Shipping expense are the responsibility of the customer (both return and resend).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal via PayPal. All payments are processed through our 100% secure server and your information is protected with the highest level of care and protection
Domestic Shipping
NHTVSN aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, but in most cases it'll go out sooner. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@nhtvsn.com and include your order date and Transaction ID.

We ship internationally to most countries that USPS services.

Product Availability
Although an item may be indicated as in stock on our site, we can't guarantee product availability and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. (We'll try not to though.)

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but there is always an opt-out at the bottom of every communication.
